Ah, nice food for thought. My 2ct:

1. Joy.

2. Because I see Joy as something within myself. Happiness is "outbound", an expression. Fulfilment is desirable, but not always obtainable. I prefer joy and fulfilment in things I do, but I push comes to shove, I can have a lot of joy without having to be fulfilled.

3. To me Joy lives within, and Happiness is an expression. I see Fulfilment as overarching. Long-term view, maybe similar to purpose or drive. But (to me) not a requirement to enjoy today.

4. Probably? Although continually striving for all three would mean I get disappointed a lot. Plus, how much of it can you actually influence or manipulate?

What do you think?
